New House

I am going to be learning the art of making a smaller house look bigger... and the art of throwing TONS of stuff out in order to fit into the smaller house. However, it is 104 in Phoenix today and I am dreaming of th 70 degree weather waiting for me. Plus soooooo excited to redecorate! Here are pics of the new house and the description.

This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 1977 sq ft cul-de-sac home will be a ‘joy’ to spend time in and around. The home has been cared for and upgraded with an eye for pleasing touches. I'm off to the movies for a mid-day date with my hubby, so I'll post more later. I thought I'd at least give a start:) If you have any tips on making a smaller space look large, I'd love to hear them. If we happen to have any "stuff" that you'd want, also let me know. Chances are, we're getting rid of it.
